Please take the time to compose meaningful entries as recommended by
the Developer's Reference, see ch. 6.3 at
<http://www.debian.org/doc/developers-reference/ch-best-pkging-practices#s-bpp-debian-changelog>

Especially when it comes to RC bugs, "Fix" is just what to hope for,
but it doesn't explain what exactly is fixed as there were several
errors mentioned in the bugreport.
So, something along
| * Fix FTBFS: Segmentation fault during makepat, thanks to Jérôme
|   Pouiller for investigating and patch (closes: #378301).
would have been a start.
