Ah, I didn't know this.  As I wrote in the first mail
this is the first time I used fastcgi thing.

My misunderstanding ss stated above (sorry).  Then I guess 
it would be very good to inform a novice user (like me ;-) 
about these situations in, for example, README.Debian.
(so severity wishlist!)

BTW, I'd like to know for what purpose is /var/lib/apache2/fastcgi ?
