Package: courier-authlib-pipe

Hello,
After installing the courier-authlib-pipe package, a user is left
wondering:
- how to enable the pipe authlib module,
- how to configure it, if at all possible,
- what a suitable pipe program looks like.
Please include some sort of documentation, perhaps in README.Debian.
Including the sample perl pipe program available in upstream's tarball
might be a good idea too.
