Package: initscripts Version: 2.86.ds1-20 on_ac_power and awk are installed and /usr/bin is mounted when checkroot.sh is run. However checkroot.sh's PATH doesn't include /usr/bin, so on_ac_power fails when it tries to run awk. Consequently checkroot.sh runs fsck when I'm on battery power.
I'm not sure whether checkroot.sh should call on_ac_power with PATH=/usr/bin:$PATH or on_ac_power should call /usr/bin/awk instead of awk. Thanks - Jack
