Package: foomatic-db-engine Version: 3.0.2-20060712-1 Followup-For: Bug #384185
-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Installing printconf caused this error too. I'm not sure, but my personal (as normal user) .cups/lpoptions affects the behaviour of foomatic-configure, when using sudo. Moving it out of the way everything is ok, but leaving it on place foomatic-configure blows up. As I think, I did nothing uncommon when calling "sudo aptitude", IMHO normal users are really affected by this bug. - -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers testing APT policy: (990, 'testing'), (500, 'unstable') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17.4tobias Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages foomatic-db-engine depends on: ii bash 3.1-5 The GNU Bourne Again SHell ii curl 7.15.4-1 Get a file from an HTTP, HTTPS, FT ii foomatic-db 20060712-1 linuxprinting.org printer support ii foomatic-filters 3.0.2-20060712-1 linuxprinting.org printer support ii libc6 2.3.6-15 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libxml2 2.6.26.dfsg-3 GNOME XML library ii perl 5.8.8-6.1 Larry Wall's Practical Extraction ii wget 1.10.2-2 retrieves files from the web Versions of packages foomatic-db-engine recommends: ii netcat 1.10-32 TCP/IP swiss army knife - -- no debconf information -----BEGIN PGP SIGNATURE----- Version: GnuPG v1.4.3 (GNU/Linux) iQCVAwUBRQkj3g3XOWNKd871AQIJwgP+OVu/VoADvNA9mPDtDwWkkKEHy2hb1dFe uKpuTGzSA5Ooh2tRHHx4KPNfLjobGxAswyyuEEF3HddYqVNCZM05d65QsVrd3Tb7 nDRK5+hh7u9KPK8ambZ1eS/E0ueLBOuVCt6uOXXoBxnciD0wnA5tp18jd8fOStpg 23hRoAVVF0Q= =uCNJ -----END PGP SIGNATURE----- -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
