belows patch adds the conflict against ifupdown:
tested:
sudo dpkg -i divine_0.8-3.1_i386.deb
Selecting previously deselected package divine.
dpkg: regarding divine_0.8-3.1_i386.deb containing divine:
divine conflicts with ifupdown
ifupdown (version 0.6.7-0.1) is installed.
