Package: istanbul Version: 0.2.1-2 Severity: minor Hi,
the "record sound" option is unclear: Does this record the regular computer sound output (clicks, musik), or does this record from the microphone, i.e., comments? Even looking at the source is not very revealing without ALSA knowledge. I propose either "Record Audio Output" or "Record Audio from Microphone" (Of course, it would be great if both options were available and independently usable) Greetings, Joachim -- System Information: Debian Release: testing/unstable APT prefers unstable APT policy: (500, 'unstable'), (1, 'experimental') Architecture: i386 (i686) Shell: /bin/sh linked to /bin/bash Kernel: Linux 2.6.17.otto Locale: LANG=de_DE.UTF-8, LC_CTYPE=de_DE.UTF-8 (charmap=UTF-8) Versions of packages istanbul depends on: ii gconf2 2.14.0-4 GNOME configuration database syste ii gettext 0.15-2 GNU Internationalization utilities ii gstreamer0.10-alsa 0.10.9-2 GStreamer plugin for ALSA ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-base 0.10.9-2 GStreamer plugins from the "base" ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-good 0.10.3-3 GStreamer plugins from the "good" ii gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly 0.10.4-1 GStreamer plugins from the "ugly" ii gstreamer0.10-x 0.10.9-2 GStreamer plugins for X11 and Pang ii libc6 2.3.6.ds1-4 GNU C Library: Shared libraries ii libglib2.0-0 2.12.3-2 The GLib library of C routines ii libgstreamer0.10-0 0.10.9-2 Core GStreamer libraries and eleme ii libx11-6 2:1.0.0-8 X11 client-side library ii libxext6 1:1.0.1-2 X11 miscellaneous extension librar ii libxfixes3 1:3.0.1.2-4 X11 miscellaneous 'fixes' extensio ii libxml2 2.6.26.dfsg-3 GNOME XML library ii python 2.4.3-11 An interactive high-level object-o ii python-glade2 2.8.6-5 GTK+ bindings: Glade support ii python-gnome2 2.12.4-5 Python bindings for the GNOME desk ii python-gnome2-extras 2.14.2-1 Python bindings for the GNOME desk ii python-gst0.10 0.10.5-3 generic media-playing framework (P ii python-support 0.5.1 automated rebuilding support for p istanbul recommends no packages. -- no debconf information -- To UNSUBSCRIBE, email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] with a subject of "unsubscribe".
