Package: readline-common
Version: 5.1-7
Severity: normal

Package conflicts with libreadline4 from stable. The minimum acceptable
version of libreadlin4 only exists in unstable for kfreebsd-i386 and its source
code seems to be unavailable so rebuilding for a different architecture
is not an option.

The final outcome is that all packages that depend on libreadline4 are
uninstalled once a single package dependent on readline-common is installed.
For most this is not a problem as testing includes suitable upgrades. However,
it makes mysql-server-4.1 uninstallable as that one has no equivalent in
testing.

Upgrading to mysql-server-5.0 may not be feasible for some people as MySQL 5
holds to a different SQL standard. In addition, mysql-server-5.0 may not be
installable if an older database table format was still in active use.
