the manpage for debconf(1) only mentions the value "developer" for DEBCONF_DEBUG. Only the debconf.conf manpage mentions that there are other values possible. Please adapt the manpage to either point to debconf.conf or to list the possible values for the DEBCONF_DEBUG-Variable directly in the manpage.
