Hi,

There are 2 assumptions about interfaces in your debconf template:

* If you use the dialog interface (for example), the short description
  of a boolean template is displayed at the bottom of the screen. The
  first sentence the user will read is therefore:
    "That means..."
  I suggest your rephrase as following:

- That means, ferm will load firewall rules on every bootup from
- /etc/ferm/ferm.conf.
+ Ferm can load firewall rules on every bootup from /etc/ferm/ferm.conf.

* If you are using the gnome interface (once again, for example), there
  is no yes/no question, but a checkbox. It's therefore not possible for
  the user to "answer no". You should rephrase the 'you should answer
  "no" here' using a neutral sentence, for example :
    ..., you should not choose this option and edit...
