With the X11R7.1 transition completed today I've now been able to upload the new version of xprint into unstable. Among other things it has some fixes for working with the new libxfont, which believe will fix your segfault. Once you've got it installed, please report back if it's fixed the segfault, and we'll close this bug. If not, please indicate which url you're testing against, so I can check how the specific font it's after is being handled.
