Looking at upstream I see http://libtorrent.rakshasa.no/wiki/Changelog If you can't talk upstream into including this in the orig.tar.gz then I think you should include them manually. Having "New upstream release" in the debian changelog without any indication what that entails makes it hard for users to track features. My 2c, Goswin
