You don't need that on the client. (/etc/sane.d/net.conf is the config

OK, so, here's the plan for the resolution of this bug :

1/ READ /usr/share/doc/libsane/README.Debian.gz

You scanner seems to be using SCSI over parallel port and the ppscsi
module; so it basically works like a SCSI scanner. Right ?


The solution should be in the README. Tell me how it goes.

Next time, please use reportbug, as I'd like to know which kernel
version you're using.
