Interesting. Could you explain the reasons for your decision not to
support duplicates?
Because I don't see a reason to support them. Plus that'd be even more
troublesome with the cookie size limitation you seem to have hit.
Besides, the code asserts there's no duplicates in playlists in
various places, and I don't /want/ to rewrite that. Feel free to
submit a patch though.
