Hi,
I just updated a sarge box to etch, with some dependency problems, so now I
have straw from sid installed. straw does not start anymore:

I removed .gconf/apps/straw as suggested in #219349, which did not help.
When I move my .straw directory out of the way, straw starts, but still with
this message:
LookupManager.py:31:?: No ADNS library found, using synchronous name lookups.
python2.4-adns does not seem to be available in debian.
As reported in #266918, all my settings are lost using this workaround.
