Hi,
in the documentation, the file header.hhp refers to contents and
index files (contents.hhc and index.hhk).
Those files are present, *but* they gzipped: this means that an help
browser will fail to find them.
I would suggest to exclude those files to be compressed (as for
the other html files)
dh_compress -X *.hh
in debian/rules would probably sove this issue
