The default is changed now.
--nordtsc is the default
--rdtsc can be used for speed

It should be OK now, it seems.
So, essentially we need an upload of the new upstream version? I'm somewhat
disappointed --disable-rdtsc isn't the default, but OK, upstream obviously
seems to think otherwise...
