in the orig tar.gz there are two style files and a documentation pdf file. These files and the sources for the PDF are available on CTAN, http://www.ctan.org/find.html. They are distributed under the LPPL, not the GPL as debian/copyright and LICENSE say. Moreover, please ask upstream to read the section "How to Apply These Terms to Your New Programs" in their own license text. Nitpickingly, this package is not licensed under the GPL, it just happens to include a copy of it.
