I've read the logs for both 117906 and 123363 and the only thing even approaching an explanation for your statement above is Jamie's statement that the interface is deprecated. I do see that you have a record of this way of handling bugs. Telling people "go check if the new version fixes your problem" is *not* the proper way of closing bugs, and closing a bunch of 12 bugs in this way with the same message is only worse.
