Upstream version 1.7 [1] was released on 2006-08-18. The Changelog is
pretty short, but contains at least two items I'd really like to see
in etch:
* Check remote directory for existence before mounting.
* Add option 'follow_symlinks' to resolve symlinks on the server
I've been able to build a working package on a etch box using uupdate.
Please consider packaging this new version.
