The "apache2" package in Sid is in fact an Apache 2.2.3 and it is said
there is no reason why it shouldn't make it into Etch. There is no
more Apache 2.0 in Sid:

$ apt-cache show apache2
Package: apache2
Priority: optional
Section: web
Installed-Size: 84
Maintainer: Debian Apache Maintainers <debian-apache@lists.debian.org>
Architecture: all
Version: 2.2.3-2
Depends: apache2-mpm-worker | apache2-mpm-prefork
Filename: pool/main/a/apache2/apache2_2.2.3-2_all.deb
Size: 37268
[...]

                Regards, Axel
