Package: thinkpad Severity: grave Justification: renders package useless Hi,
the thinkpad-source (even for version 6.0 as in the pkg-tpctl svn.d.o repository) fails to compile into a kernel module with 2.6.18, destined to be the etch Linux kernel. This makes this package useless for practical purposes. People fixing this should also update the package description to mention that its only supported on [567]*, A[23]*, T2*, R[34]*, X20 series, but not the more recent ones (e.g. X40, R50). I will file a seperate bug for tpctl and tag that as blocked by this but.
