I wrote tarcust years ago as a drop-in replacement for tardy which was then not free. Tardy is in main now, so there is no reason to keep tarcust. It has no reverse dependencies, but has a reverse build-dependency. I sent a patch at #390748 to fix it, but twiki seems unmaintained (FWIW it has already been dropped from testing).
