Package: devscripts
Version: 2.9.21
Severity: normal

While working on splitting a binary package, I first ended up with files
copied to the new package insead of geting moved. When running debdiff
--show-moved" on the sets of debs, I was surprised not to see those
files mentionned anywhere (the doc files in the new packages were
corectly reported as added).

Completing the work by removing them from their original package then
caused debdiff to correctly report them under "Files moved or copied
from package".
