Under fr_FR.UTF-8 and ko_KR.UTF-8 locales, vtwm has a strange behaviour: Title bar and menu are twice as large as usual. This does not occur under fr_FR, zh_TW.UTF-8 and ja_JP.EUCJP. Note that UTF-8 locales are the default for new etch instalations.
