Bug#393442: libocamlgsl-ocaml-dev: No gsl.cmxa provided

Samuel Mimram writes:
The file gsl.cmxa does not seem to be provided, even on archs with a
native ocaml compiler. It would be nice if you could add it to the package. 


Either a regression due to cdbs migration or the newer version of ocamlgsl
doesn't provide this file. 

Will correct it ASAP.
