Package: proftpd
Version: 1.3.0-10
Severity: grave
Justification: renders package unusable

proftpd refuses to start with the following message:

[EMAIL PROTECTED]:~$ sudo invoke-rc.d proftpd restart
Stopping ftp server: proftpd.
Starting ftp server: proftpd - Fatal: LoadModule: error loading module
'mod_ldap.c': Permission denied on line 18 of '/etc/proftpd/modules.conf'
failed!
invoke-rc.d: initscript proftpd, action "restart" failed.

If I comment out mod_ldap.c in /etc/proftpd/modules.conf, the same
happens with mod_sql_mysql.c I've not tested further, but I guess it's
same with all modules.

Downgrading to 1.3.0-9.1 solves the problem.
