Question: Did the connection never come up?
In this case it would be useful to log HTTP-traffic, to see why the
server refuses the connection.
Hint:
Providers usally use different URLs for access with a browser and access
using WebDAV (they indeed use different protocols). So are you sure the
URL is correct for WebDAV access?
