Package: ftp.debian.org gnucash-docs is currently labelled priority "extra" by the overrides file. It should be priority "optional", to match the gnucash package which it documents.
Also, I have in the past requested this by replying to the conflict message that is sent when the package is uploaded (the control file in the package says "optional"), and I think those messages aren't going anywhere, because it's been a long long time and there hasn't been anything done, which makes me thing that something is akimbo with that email.
