I think you mean <http://security-tracker.debian.net/>, but that is the
Debian security bug tracker, which is not the Testing Security Team home
page, AFAIK (for instance, there's no presentation of the Testing
Security Team...).

Interestingly enough, the footer of the tracker home page, has some
links, among which ther's the following one:
Testing Security Team <http://secure-testing.debian.net/>

Unfortunately, that URL gives a directory listing like this:

| Index of /
|
| Icon Name Last modified Size Description
| [TXT] README.txt 03-Sep-2005 15:04 392
| [DIR] dists/ 26-Aug-2005 20:39 -
| [DIR] indices/ 23-Sep-2005 10:21 -
| [ ] ls-lR.gz 07-Jun-2006 01:50 30K
| [DIR] pool/ 24-Aug-2005 23:41 -
| [DIR] project/ 16-Dec-2005 20:33 -

and the README.txt file states, in part:

| Welcome to secure-testing.debian.net
|
| Please see http://secure-testing-master.debian.net/ for further
| informations.

which (besides including a typo: s/informations/information/) points me
again to the unresponding web site...

Now, I'm really puzzled!
