Package: linux-wlan-ng
Version: 0.2.0+0.2.1pre21-1.1
Severity: normal

README.Debian says:

Make sure that you have installed the pcmcia-cs source into the
modules directory as well if you do not use the in-kernel pcmcia
  modules and want pcmcia support.

This implies that the kernel modules can be built w/o pcmcia-cs if one
doesn't need PCMCIA support. However, the changes applied to
src/Makefile in this package will prevent any module from being built if
pcmcia-cs is missing.
