I've looked at http://lists.debian.org/debian-devel-announce/2005/09/msg00002.html but it seems that usertags are only visible to the user who set it ("[...] to let users define their own tags that are only visible to themselves"), and of course this is completely useless. So I'm reopening because either usertags can't solve the problem, in which case one needs a real tag, or they can solve it (but of course, the corresponding tags must be documented somewhere so that every users could benefit from what other users set), in which case, the bug should be reassigned to apt-listbugs to add the corresponding support there.
