Bug#394220: squid3: [m68k] FTBFS: error: expected '(' before '__extension__'

Hi,

The squid3 currently fails to build on m68k and the problem is simply a
missing pair of parentheses. The attached patch fixes the issue, so it
will build fine on m68k.
