Generally the texlive packages try to make use of allready existing packages in Debian (see lmodern, jadetex, ...). In this particular case I would expect that existing files can use HA-prosper.cls from texlive-latex-recommended. The prosper compatibility mode from beamer.cls (latex-beamer) might also be worth atry.
