package nvidia-kernel-source tags 367326 +patch thanks I've prepared a patch for the package to make it working with xen kernel, based on what i found on nv forum:

Patch to debian package nvidia-graphics-drivers. It allow
compilation of kernel module on a XEN privileged guest.
nvidia-kernel-source_1.0.8774-3_xen.patch
Patch to the content of file
/usr/src/nvidia-kernel-source.tar.gz (contained in
nvidia-kernel-source package) to allow compilation on kernel
module agains a XEN privileged guest.
