It is probably not necessary to submit these bugs. The
libghc6-{mtl,unix,network,*}-dev packages are currently pending in
NEW. They are involved in a Haskell transition from version 6.4 to
6.6 of the ghc compiler. We (maintainers of packages that use
Haskell) are already building and uploading new versions of the
packages that use ghc, in anticipation of these packages being
released into sid.
These updated Haskell packages can just sit on dep-wait on your
autobuilder and should be fine.
