Apparently today tar 1.16 has been released. According to the ChangeLog file, this bug has been fixed: 2006-06-20 Sergey Poznyakoff <[EMAIL PROTECTED]> * src/incremen.c (procdir): Use is_individual_file to check for files explicitely specified in the command line.
