first, I was thinking that it is a plain mail misconfiguration somewhere. For several bug reports that I filed, I got no acknowledgement mails. But when I send additional mails to a certain bug report, I always get an acknowledgement. See for example http://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=394460 The acknowledgement is recorded in the bug report, but never arrived at my site. Maybe we can have a look at the log files?
