Bug#394600: apt-move has new upstream version for almost year

Package: apt-move
Version: 4.2.24-1.1

For almost year apt-move has upstream version 4.2.26.  Would it be 
possible to get that version to Debian?  Besides other problems it fixes 
apt-move behavior when retrieving source packages, which is half of bug 
327867.
