emacspeak depends on tclx8.3 whereas tclx8.4 exists in Debian as well. I for example have tcl8.3, tcl8.4 and tclx8.3 on my box and would like to remove tcl8.3/tclx8.3 and use the newer tcl8.4/tclx8.4 instead. AFAICS emacspeak always uses '/usr/bin/tcl' in the shebang line and does not depend on a specific version itself.
