Package: gnunet

The server program is not needed when the gnunet is installed on
local network, where one machine serves the gnunet. The other hosts
only need the clients to access the server.
Please split the packahe into
gnunet-server
gnunet-client
This will help getting "servers" and "workstation" configurations
better managed.
