* broken because of icq protocol changes since more
than 200 days (#353092)
* last upstream release back in 2004
* orphaned since several months
* already removed from testing
* enough alternatives
* only about 40 installations according to popcon
* no objections on [EMAIL PROTECTED] in over 2 weeks.
