reassign 395066 release-notes

thanks

Just after reporting this bug I have found the same problem already described, but assigned to a binary package for a specific architecture and flavour, so I have decided to reassign the former bug to the source package and merge them.

Now, I don't think we should allow this problem to just disapper from the list of open bugs, even if it is really not a bug in the package itself, but in a network infrastructure. In my opinion it should be recognized as a possible regression after an upgrade from sarge to etch. So I have decided to reassing the bug to release-notes, where it should be mentioned about, I believe.

Thank you,
Janusz
