Based on http://www.de.debian.org/dmc/today/#sect_main, the Debian mirror you provide at debian.efis.ucr.ac.cr is no longer working. http://debian.efis.ucr.ac.cr/debian/ -> 404. http://debian.efis.ucr.ac.cr/ -> 403. So debian.efis.ucr.ac.cr is commented for the moment. At the moment, there is no working Debian mirror in Costa Rica, so we would be pleased if you plan to make the mirror available again.
