Package: python2.4-minimal
Version: 2.4.4-1
Severity: important

Upgrade fails during dpkg --configure step with the following message:

Setting up python2.4-minimal (2.4.4-1) ...
Linking and byte-compiling packages for runtime python2.4...
pycentral: pycentral rtinstall: package spe: already exists:
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_spe/doc
pycentral rtinstall: package spe: already exists:
/usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_spe/doc
dpkg: error processing python2.4-minimal (--configure):
subprocess post-installation script returned error exit status 1

Removing the directory /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_spe and
reconfiguring helped.

The newly created /usr/lib/python2.4/site-packages/_spe directory contains
'doc' as symlink to /usr/share/pycentral/spe/site-packages/_spe/doc, while
the previously existing one contained it as an -- empty -- directory.
