Package: hibernate
Version: 1.05-1
Severity: wishlist

Most of the time I use suspend2 to suspend my laptop. Every now and
then, sysfs-mem is enough though. To be able to enter both states at
will without having to change the configuration script, I have to
maintain two of them and call hibernate-suspend or hibernate-sleep
from ACPI or the shell. Both configuration files share a lot of
settings, so it's a pain to keep them in sync. It would be great to
see one (or both) of the following two possibilities:

  - an include directive, allowing common parts of the
    configuration files to be included

  - the possibility to enable more than one suspend method, and to
select between them with a command line option.

Thanks for your consideration.
