There is no "rar-2.80" package in Debian, neither main or non-free.
There is a package called "rar" in Debian's non-free, version 2.80-2
in stable and 3.30-2 in testing/unstable. It says it's shareware, but
given that the package is in non-free, I suppoe that may be right...
