Follow-up: It seems that changing locale from en to us in the Amazon settings makes things work, so my guess is that only the interface to amazon.co.uk is broken somehow.
Oh, and I've definitely been using Bugzilla at work too much, hence the mixup between major and important. On the other hand, now that I got this workaround, severity should probably be normal anyway... Still, it would be really nice to be able to use amazon.co.uk.
