package:gaim severity:normal right now gaim and gaim-dev use a == dependency on gaim-data.
because gaim and gaim-dev are arch any while gaim-data is arch all when a new version of gaim is uploaded gaim becomes temporally uninstallable on most architectures. This causes a LOT of buildd failures for packages that depend on gaim. is there any particular reason this needs to be an == dependency rather than just a >= ? all gaim-data seems to contain is a load of translations are theese highly version sensitive?
