Hi. I installed the package and got the same error. I've just talked to the upstream ktoon team and they're currently under a heavy code migration towards the last version of QT libraries, so they want to prevent us from shiping a package for ktoon right now, and they encourage us to hold on until they finish the transition, like in six moths or so.
So I'd recommend maintaning this package in unstable, or even in experimental for now. Regards.
